The vowels and consonants remain similar to those used previously.
The difference being the notes and the time. In this lesson our
time changes to 2/4, a traditional Alpine polka tempo.
We
also add the very familiar 6th note (in this case the A) to our
yodel. This will come very natural. Practice this jump across the
break in your voice in a number of different keys.
2.)
Be sure to separate the figures at the comas so as not to slur
the phrases together. Use your tongue to give the notes their value.
Begin
sowly and gradually increase speed. Of course this phrase should
be done in a single breath. The break from the F to the B should
be practiced. It is a little tricky in that you are breaking from
a high note to a low note.
